1_ Entry time and departure time policies

Check-in time is 14:00 pm. And check out at 12:00 pm.

2_ Reservation policies

Reservation via the website or by calling the hotel through the hotel phone registered on the site or by communicating via WhatsApp registered on the site.

3_ Reservation confirmation policies

To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 24 hours from the date of reservation. In the event of non-payment, the reservation will be canceled from the system.

4_ Payment policies

In the event of booking from the hotel, payment can be made through the MADA network or cash.

In the event of booking via phone, WhatsApp or the website, payment is made by bank transfer to the hotel account registered below

5_ Reservation cancellation policies

Reservation can be canceled 7 days before the date of arrival with a 30% deduction of the value of the amount paid.

                                                 
6_ Reservation modification policies
Reservations can be modified 72 hours prior to the date of arrival.
7_ Return policies
The amount paid can be refunded 7 days before the date of arrival after canceling the reservation according to the cancellation policy and deducting the cancellation fee. After the above period has passed, the amounts paid cannot be refunded
8_ Children's policies
Children from one month to 6 years old in the parents' room, the accommodation fee is free.
Children from 7 to 11 years old will be charged, with a maximum of one child in the parents' room.
Ages 12 and over are charged as an adult.
 
9_ Destruction policies
The guest shall bear the value of damage to any of the contents of the room or damage to anything inside the hotel, and the value of compensation shall be determined by the hotel administration.
10_ room policies
The allowed number inside the room is two adults and one child
11_ Smoking policies
No smoking inside the rooms or inside the main building of the hotel. Smoking only in open spaces
12_ guest visiting policies
The guest's guests can be received at any time inside the hotel's reception, and he is not allowed to enter the guest's room
10_ Animal policies
It is forbidden to bring animals inside the hotel.
